“Nature, Intergenerational Trauma & Daylighting” is one of four sessions in our Reclaiming Connections Workshop Series

In this 90-minute workshop, Founder & Certified Coach Raynelle Rino will introduce the "Radical Nature Framework," the nature-based approach unique to her company’s approach for leadership development.

This workshop, part of the 2025 Reclaiming Connections series, will focus on nature’s capacity to help us understand intergenerational trauma and how “Daylighting” serves as a trailhead to your healing journey.

Start working on ways you can begin your healing process to be a better leader for yourself and those you serve in community.

Start Daylighting to take ownership of the past that continues to haunt you in your everyday life and relationships and finally release the burdens that have been passed down to you.

  • Gain a deeper understanding of how trauma travels through nature and lineages.

  • Cultivate greater self-awareness and develop compassion towards others, especially family members.
